Strategy
The business objectives of SHRU determine the activities of all companies belonging to the SHRU group. The aim of the group is to perform all activities in port cargo handling and in the service and other business fields in an efficient, responsible and profitable manner. We strive for a high performance level and, in the long term, want to secure and expand a strong position for ourselves in the competition among cargo handling operations in which we are involved. Our aim is to closely work with clients, business partners and decision makers in order to be able to offer an efficient and cost-effective service at the port of Rostock.
The trust of our clients and partners in the quality and efficiency of our performance is documented by continuously increasing cargo handling numbers of an ever growing mix of cargo types. Currently the SHRU group handles about 13 million tons.
